Description

Many times while making some dish at our home, something gets left over.. There was some whipped cream left at my home.. I believe that food should not be wasted.. so I made a dessert using the leftover whipped cream..

Instructions

  1. To make Whipped Cream dessert, I took cream in a non-stick pan and also added melted chocolate. Here I took fresh cream from Amul which is available and used chocolate slab of 2M company. You can use any of them… Morde or VanHouten… you will easily get this online… I have finely chopped the chocolate and melted it in the oven for 1 to 1:30 minutes.
Now mix the cream and chocolate well and cook by continuously stirring for two minutes.
Now our mixture has become a little thick.. Now we will keep it in the freezer for half an hour to set.

  1. On the side I have crushed the Oreo biscuits.. I have used the small packet of Oreo.. the crunch of Oreo that will come in between has a different flavour.
Now in a mixing bowl I have mixed the oreo crush with whipped cream very well.. and I have kept some crush aside for garnishing..

  1. Now we will set this in a serving bowl or a serving container.. First of all we will layer the mixture of cream and chocolate which we had made.. On top of it we will layer the whipped cream.. On top of it we will sprinkle the Oreo crush which we had saved... and pour the melted chocolate.. That's it… For garnishing I have used almonds and pistachios here.. You can use any nuts of your choice..
