Chorafali chutney is a zesty and spicy condiment. Its bold flavors add the perfect tang and heat, making every bite irresistible!
Take Green Chilli, Ginger, Jeera, Black Pepper, in a jar, and crush it. Then add lemon juice, mint leaves, fresh coriander and salt to taste and make a fine paste.
Now, transfer the paste in a pan, add besan and water as needed and grind well. Chutney consistency should be runny, when we cook the chutney, besan will slightly thick.
Now, pour the chutney into sauce pan and cook on a low to medium flame. Stir it continuously. Cook it until chutney become thick. And Spicy Chorafali Chutney is ready to serve.
