Description

These Beetroot Crackers offer a perfect blend of earthy beetroot flavor and crispy texture. A wholesome snack that's both delicious and packed with nutrients, making it an ideal choice for any time of the day.

Ingredient
  • 1 medium Beetroot
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Pearl Millet Flour (Bajara)
  • 1/2 cup Sorghum Flour (Jowar)
  • 1 tsp Roasted Jeera Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
  • 1 tsp Carom Seed (Ajwain)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • as per taste Salt
  • 2 tbsp Milk ((Luke Warm))
  • 2 tsp Yeast
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • as per need Black Sesame Seed
  • as per need White Sesame Seed
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut beetroot. Cook it until 2 whistle in cooker. And make a fine paste.

  2. Take a bowl, add luke warm milk and yeast. mix it together. Then add butter and Oil. Add all flour along with salt, roasted jeera powder, carom seed, asafetida, crushed black pepper, baking powder and beetroot paste.

    Mix it well with spatula. Knead the dough adding water as per need. 

    Grease the oil and rest it for 15 min.

  3. After 15 minutes, divide dough into small portion and roll it between butter or parchment paper. 

    Sprinkle Black and White Sesame seeds as per your choice. Roll it again.

    Cut roti into your favourite shapes. 

  4. Set all shapes in baking tray on parchment paper.

    Bake it in pre-heated oven 170°C for 15 minutes.

  5. Cool it on room temprature. Sprinkle your favourite chaat masala and Enjoy!
